The 5th International Symposium on the Effects of Climate Change on the World’s Oceans (ECCWO5) is taking place in Bergen from 17 – 21 April 2023. More information on the symposium is available from the symposium website.
Eco-ACE is hosting a session on “Improving decision-making in response to change in marine-dependent coastal communities using transdisciplinary approaches”. In this session, we invite research on how coastal communities can improve resilience to climate change by using diverse co-design and participatory approaches. We also aim to identify barriers and opportunities to develop adaptive capacity and resilience of vulnerable coastal communities through improved multi-scalar decision-making.
